Lawrence Cordell has always had a passion for woodlands and trees from growing up in the UK country. He is a UK-trained Arborist and went to college to study Forestry and Arboriculture in 2003/04 where his passion for nature grew.

He is an ISA certified Professional Arborist with over 24 years of experience in Arboriculture. He has his pesticide applicator license, PME evaluator and trainers certification, JHA, and Supervisor safety training amongst a list of many other certifications. He has been in the industry since 1997 and over the years has gained a huge amount of experience in all areas of the industry. He can climb both SRT and DDRT. He brings a huge amount of knowledge to the company and spends a lot of his time mentoring the teams and making health and safety a topic of everyday conversation.

He is an ISA certified Professional Arborist with over 10 years of experience in Arboriculture. He is debatably the best climber in Saskatchewan and is a huge asset to the Sequoia team. Chad walks, talks and breathes Arboriculture. He is an expert rigger and technical climber. He can climb both SRT and DDRT and is trained in aerial rescue.

Elissa MillerISA Certified Arborist and Horticulturalist
Elissa joined the Sequoia team in 2020. Her background is in horticulture where she went to college to complete a 2 year diploma program. After this she quickly fell in love with arboriculture. Her knowledge and beliefs are founded on an approach to plant health care that is holistic. She has been working in the arboriculture industry for 5 years as well as enjoying industry related volunteer work. She is a master composter as well as trained in high angle rescue and holds her pesticide applicator license. After falling in love with Arboriculture she decided to write her ISA certificate. She is now a fully certified ISA Arborist and brings her knowledge and experience to the Sequoia Team.
